About this camp
One of the first surf schools in Da Nang, operating since 2017 from a shop on An Thượng 5 in Bắc Mỹ An, a couple of streets back from the beach. What sets it apart from its neighbours is that it sells a structured ladder rather than a single lesson: a one-hour taster, a group lesson, a two-hour private, and separate kids and family options with an age floor of six or seven depending on the format — all individually priced, and priced in US dollars rather than dong, which makes it unusually easy to compare against camps elsewhere. Instructors are described as carrying twenty years of experience. Da Nang's window is Oct–Mar on the northeast monsoon, which is the opposite of what most people assume about Vietnam, and the school states it teaches year-round. Honest caveats: this is a school and not a camp — no accommodation, nothing sold by the week. Class-size caps are not published; kids' sessions are described as small groups and privates as one-on-one, but no maximum is stated for the standard group lesson. The shop address appears as both 35 and 38 An Thượng 5 on its own site, so the pin is the An Thượng neighbourhood rather than a doorway. Its recency signal is its own forward-looking 2026 listings.
