About this camp
Harana sits at Tuason Point in Barangay Catangnan, the stretch of coast between General Luna town and Cloud 9, and runs its own school rather than referring guests out to one. Two things make that school worth naming. It teaches to the ISA curriculum, and it is moderated by SISA — the Siargao Island Surfers Association — which is the body that certifies local instructors and sets safety standards on the island; instructors are described as born and raised on Siargao. Courses are published in pesos with no ambiguity about length: one-day, three-day and five-day beginner courses, plus surf guiding and board rental priced separately. An intermediate course exists but is marked as an introductory offering with no published price. Siargao's season is the reason to come between roughly August and November, when the Pacific groundswell that makes Cloud 9 famous is running; November is the tail of that window rather than its middle, and this listing does not present the resort as a midwinter option. Honest caveats: the resort's own website carries a 2023 copyright and no current dates, so the confirmation that it is trading now comes from third-party listings carrying 2026 prices rather than from the site itself. Room rates are not published alongside the course prices, so no weekly figure is recorded here. It is not individually mapped in OpenStreetMap; the pin is the Catangnan village centroid.
