Full policy notes

One or more surfboards carried in a single surf bag are carried free in the hold, in addition to the standard checked-bag allowance, up to 23 kg (overweight fee 23–32 kg; cargo required above 32 kg). Standard checked-bag length limit is 200 cm, but surfboards are accepted up to 250 cm; a liability waiver must be signed at check-in, and the extra allowance is granted subject to hold-space availability.

• Watch out · Airline policy: Free sports-equipment carriage is granted subject to available hold space — it is not guaranteed even when the board fits within the 250 cm/23 kg allowance. A board exceeding 250 cm is not accepted as baggage at all and must be shipped via freight/cargo instead.
