Surfboards must be pre-booked under the separate Sports Equipment Allowance (sold in 20/25/30/40 kg tiers, purchased per guest per way); it cannot be combined with regular checked baggage. One surfboard per allowance, max 277 cm/109 in length; individual items over 32 kg refused. Guests travelling to/from Australia get one complimentary surfboard allowance up to 15 kg.
