Ryanair's general surfboard policy — pick a destination and board length on Board Check to see a verdict for your trip.
Ryanair's terms name surfboards and bodyboards as sporting equipment carried in the hold for a fee, outside your checked-bag allowance. The fee covers 20 kg per item; anything heavier is charged per kilo at the excess-baggage rate (no maximum weight is published for boards). Its fee table has two sports tiers — 'Sports equipment' (€40 at booking / €45 later) and 'Large sports item' (€60 / €70) — and does not say which one a surfboard falls into; the booking flow decides. No length limit is published.
