Charged a special surfing-equipment charge instead of the standard checked-bag fee; oversize/overweight fees do NOT apply to surfboards because of that special charge. Up to 2 surfboards in one case for the same price. Cannot accept bags over 100 lb/45 kg. Remove or protect keels/kedges; a limited liability release must be signed.
