Surfboards ('Sport Boards') are allowed as special sports-equipment baggage as long as they are fully wrapped in plastic/foam with nose and tail covered and fins removed/packed. Sports equipment must not weigh over 55 lb or have a sum of dimensions (L+W+H) over 98 in/249 cm; it is refused outright above 99 lb or 110 in/279 cm total. Oversize/overweight fees apply beyond the normal checked-bag limits; the special-baggage service can be paid at booking, at the airport counter, or via Call Center.
