About this camp
A retreat operator based at Surfbreak Cabarete in the middle of Playa Encuentro, selling structured weeks rather than nightly rooms: a weekend surf camp, a one-week surf camp, and a one-week kite camp, each with a published dollar figure, plus lessons and yoga alongside. It runs year-round and is the only operator found in this area publishing specific forward dates — a retreat set for October 2026 — which is the clearest current-trading signal in Cabarete. Rooms are private with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms and meals are included in the retreat packages. Cabarete's north-coast season is roughly Nov–Mar for surf; the town is equally a kiteboarding destination and the kite week is priced well above the surf week, which tells you where the local speciality lies. Honest caveats. **The venue is not exclusive to this operator:** Surfbreak Cabarete is listed separately in this catalogue as its own business, and these are two companies at one address rather than one thing under two names — a review of one should not be read as a review of the other, which is why they are kept apart. The kite instructors are stated as IKO certified; the surf side says only 'certified instructors' with no governing body named, so that claim is weaker than it first reads. There is no booking engine — the site takes enquiries by form, email and WhatsApp.
