Dunes (Surfers Beach)
The most popular surf break on the Ningaloo Coast, about 17km north of Exmouth off Yardie Creek Road via Mildura Wreck Road. A reef that throws up both lefts and rights depending on the peak and swell angle, described by WeWave's local guide as a step up from a beach break that still stays manageable for a confident intermediate. Per WeWave's Surf Guide, it is best roughly April-September (with its best window given as Mar-May in the monthly wave-expectation table), when SW groundswells are most reliable; the wave eases and gets smaller through summer.
