The Bombie
An exposed reef break off Lighthouse Bay, just around the headland from Dunes/Surfers Beach, beneath the Vlamingh Head Lighthouse. Surf-forecast describes it as a left-hand reef break that very rarely gets crowded, best around mid tide, wanting SW groundswell with a SE offshore — and warns of rips, rocks and sharks. Perthgirl's regional guide and other local write-ups both flag it as the Ningaloo cluster's break for advanced surfers specifically.
