Jakes Point
Kalbarri's name wave: a world-class left point breaking over a reef ledge at the mouth of the Murchison River gorge country. Wannasurf rates it world-class wave quality for experienced surfers only, a hollow, powerful left running long (150-300m) on its best days, starting to work at 2.5-3m swell and holding up to 5m and over. Wants a west swell with a south wind.
